I have always loved food. In fact, I have no willpower when it comes to food. That is why I try not to bring it into the house. If it is easy to get to I will eat it. I created this site Independence from SAD around the 4th of July as I was thinking about Independence Day and why we should all have an Independence day from the Standard American Diet that is slowly killing all of us.
