Beef, Butter, Bacon, & Eggs

I created this site a few years ago and have not done much with it. There are a lot of reasons why. You can read about those at www.bemm.net. Anyway, I have been in and out of Keto since then. It is time that I get back to a healthy lifestyle.

I recently heard about the beef, butter, bacon, and egg challenge developed by Dr. Ken Berry. I like to call it the B3E challenge for short, but the jest of the diet is only to eat beef, butter, bacon, and eggs for a length of time. I plan to follow the B3E diet for the next 100 days and use this site to document my progress.

I hope it helps me to stick with it and possibly help someone else on their diet journey.
